Darkc3ll’s Melbourne show cancelled

Dark Verses CoverDARKC3LL was due to perform in Melbourne at the Rock Dungeon on 15 November 2013 but the venue’s promoter put a stop to that when he received a press release with the album’s cover artwork.

Prior to the press release sent last week, DARKC3LL was unaware that the promoter of the Rock Dungeon had taken any issue with their music or lyrics.  Since that press release it has come to light that the promoter has cancelled the show because he doesn’t believe in what the band is portraying and that it stands in opposition to his religious beliefs.

The band is trying to work through the situation and find another gig for Melbourne for their national tour for the upcoming album, ‘Dark Verses’.

All other tour dates are going ahead as planned.

Tour dates

Friday 11 October – The Transcontinental Hotel, Brisbane, QLD  + supports

Saturday 19 October – Miami Shark Bar, Gold Coast, QLD with Tensions Arise + The Sea Shall Not Have Them + Gimpus

Friday 25 October – The Basement, Canberra, ACT  + Horrorwood Mannequins + Domino + Perpetual End

Saturday 9 November – Hermann’s Bar, Sydney, NSW with Graveyard Rockstars + Cold Divide + Noveaux
